Peninsula English Medium School (PEMS) was established in 2001 having six pupils and had increased up to 32 pupils by the end of said year 2001. Today we operate to a full capacity of 285 pupils, 34 staff being teachers and subordinate staff.

Peninsula school is located at the coast of Dar es Salaam, off Chole, Kahama road in Masaki area.
The school is registered by the ministry of education and vocational training of Tanzania as a lower learning institution providing Nursery and Primary school education.

PEMS is charged among other things to promote nursery and primary school education through the use of English as a medium of instruction.

The school is privately owned having a strong board of directors which work together with parent’s committee body.

The vision among others is to provide to children a competitive education which leads to a SUCCESSFUL FUTURE.
